I offer virtual 50-minute individual psychotherapy sessions for students and young professionals (18+) living in Ontario. Drawing on evidence-based approaches tailored to what you bring each week, my approach is collaborative, feminist and conversational. Support often includes:

Please note: This practice is appointment-based and does not provide crisis support or emergency care.
